United Adventure Camps

Performing Arts Instructor

Leeds, England   |   Contract

Are you passionate about working with children? Are you looking for a job in the school holidays? If so, why not apply to become a Performing Arts Coach at United Adventure Camps!

About the role

Reporting to the Camp Manager, the Performing Arts Coach is responsible for planning and delivering programmed dance/theatre/musical activities as part of our wider Multi-Active programme. You should provide high energy, fun and inclusive sessions, ensuring every child is engaged and makes progress, regardless of their ability.

Our programmes group children by age (typically 5-7, 8-11 and 12-14), so coaches should be able to adapt sessions for varying ability levels. Each session will last between 30-60 minutes. Child safety is number one priority, so performing arts coaches will be responsible for maintaining an environment that safeguards child welfare at all times.

Child numbers and session times will vary, however we typically run sessions between 9.30 – 16:30pm, Monday to Friday. For those who do not want to commit to coaching for full days, we also have opportunities available for Bank Sports Coaches, giving you the opportunity to join Multi-Active Programme (where applicable).
